Project Overview
The City of Baxter is considering improvements along the south side of CSAH 77 from Inglewood Drive to Edgewood Drive. The project includes the construction of sanitary sewer collection and water distribution. Construction is planned for late summer early fall 2024. Project Update
The City Council approved the Feasibility Report on April 16, 2024. The City Council will address a resolution calling for the Improvement Hearing on May 7, 2024. The Improvement Hearing is scheduled to be held at 6:00 pm on Monday, May 20, 2024. Notices for the Improvement Hearing will be published in the Brainerd Dispatch and mailed to affected property owners.
