We Enjoy Our Work

Some roads are just a way to get from here to there. Other roads are an adventure. Everyone likes a good road, but everyone loves a great experience!

Building Our Own History

It all started in Crookston, Minnesota. Dick Widseth, Howard Smith, and Don Nolting joined forces and formed Widseth Smith Nolting (WSN), an engineering consulting firm, on January 8, 1975. Since then, we’ve transformed into a multi-discipline company, added offices, merged with other professional firms, and in 2020 began doing business as Widseth.
