Project Overview
The City of Baxter is considering improvements to various roadway segments within the municipal limits as part of the City of Baxter’s ongoing pavement management program. Commercial roadways are scheduled for maintenance improvements in 2025. Roadways being considered for improvements are shown below. Construction Schedule

The contractors are finishing up some final items for the year. One of the items they need to complete is removing the temporary mailboxes. If everyone could collect their mail from the temporary mailboxes that are located in the Von Hanson’s Parking lot, that would be greatly appreciated. We also want to note, there will still be some items that will need to be addressed next year such as black dirt repair and final turf establishment. If anyone has any concerns or questions , please reach out.
Avery Mulholland is the construction observer for this project. She will be onsite when the contractor is working. Please feel free to ask her questions when you’re onsite.
