Long-time Widseth client Essentia Health held a groundbreaking ceremony on May 13 for its new Orthopedic Center in Baxter, MN. The 60,000-square-foot day facility features 62 exam rooms, six procedure rooms, an urgent care clinic, and a retail pharmacy with a convenient drive-thru. The new facility will revitalize the long-vacant Camping World building, bringing new life and economic activity to this part of Baxter. It will also expand access to specialized care, offering services such as spine care, podiatry, rheumatology, and more.
Widseth is partnering with HGA on the design of the center, and Hy-Tec Construction will serve as the builder. Construction is expected to be complete in late 2026.
