On Tuesday, July 8th, Widseth Architects and Engineers and 95West Aerial Mapping hosted Greater Mankato Growth’s Business After Hours. It was a beautiful Summer July evening to celebrate our new Mankato office and Widseth’s 50th year in business with hundreds of Mankato area business professionals, our clients, and community members.
Staff from all 12 of our offices were there to meet with our guests and talk about their facilities, parks, and community projects.
Guests enjoyed the aerial imaging and lidar scanning technology demonstrations from 95West Aerial Mapping. They tried out our 3D glasses to see how our photogrammetric stereo compilation mapping solutions can show 3D topography, bridges, and overpasses on an everyday TV or computer monitor. Others checked out the model our team created for Blue Earth County of the Blue Earth River after the floods of June 2024.
Everyone brought home one of our new can koozies or a hat, and a few lucky guests won a gift card from our caterer Pub500 or a cooler bag filled with Widseth golf gear.
It was a perfect evening for a backyard barbecue and root beer floats! Thanks for coming and hope to see you all again!
