Leading this new service is Graham Goodwin, PhD, a Registered Professional Archaeologist (RPA) who exceeds federal qualification standards and brings advanced skills in GIS spatial analysis, LiDAR, laser scanning, and digital photogrammetry. These capabilities, combined with his background in cultural resource management, enable our team to deliver accurate data, streamline compliance, and keep projects moving forward.
