A dedication event was held on May 10 to celebrate the completion of the additions and renovations project at Riverside Elementary School. The addition consists of a new cafeteria/kitchen to improve food service safety and efficiency as well as a special education classroom with a changing/shower room. Renovations include rightsizing of existing classrooms as well as repurposing the existing cafeteria/kitchen into a multi-purpose technology space. Facility maintenance on select items inside and on the exterior of the building were also part of the overall project. Widseth provided pre-referendum services, district-wide design standards, land surveying, civil engineering, and architecture through the design development phase.
