Tiller + Main Project Revitalizes Mall and Reconnects Main Street in Le Sueur

Downtown Le Sueur has dramatically changed. The old Valley Green Square Mall received a major renovation and Main Street now runs completely through the city, which hasn’t been the case for about 50 years. A portion of the west side of the mall was removed and new storefronts were constructed to face a brand new block of Main Street. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held on May 18th to celebrate the completion of the transformative project. Tiller + Main has space for multiple businesses on the main floor and there are 17 residential units on the second floor. Widseth provided architectural and structural engineering services on the project.
