Welcome to episode two in our FDR Series, which covers each phase of a full-depth reclamation project during construction. Full-depth reclamation is a road construction technique that recycles and reuses the existing pavement to create a stronger base for the new road. The second phase covers underground discovery of current conditions and removal and installation of improved stormwater systems. This is also a good opportunity for various utility companies to make improvements to their services for local residents.
