In this edition of Widseth Inspired, we’re featuring Nate Thiesse, a project manager based in our Baxter office who works closely with clients throughout the Brainerd Lakes area.
Nate’s role is built around relationships. From early conversations through project completion, he focuses on understanding what clients are looking for and working alongside them as a partner. Many of the projects he’s involved in are right in his own community, which makes the work even more meaningful.
What stands out to him about Widseth is the people. The strong sense of camaraderie, mentorship, and shared knowledge creates an environment where challenges can be solved quickly and collaboratively. With a wide range of disciplines and experience nearby, support is never far away.
For Nate, delivering a successful project comes down to follow-through. Doing what you say you’re going to do and staying on track. That consistency is what builds trust and keeps projects moving forward.
There’s also a personal side to the work. Having grown up in the area, he takes pride in seeing local projects come to life and contribute to the future of the community.
