The Perham Area Chamber of Commerce hosted its 2025 Annual Golf Scramble at Lakeside Golf Course on August 21, bringing together community members for a day of fun, networking, and fundraising. Widseth was proud to sponsor the event and join in the festivities.
Representing Widseth on the course were Trevor Guck, Trevor Shorts, Garrett Borowicz, and Owen Wilson. Meanwhile, Widseth’s Kylee Conner and Joe Cartwright kept the energy high at the hole Widseth sponsored, where they ran a custom bean bag toss game for participating teams.

The boards used for the game were hand-built by Widseth’s Trevor Guck. Widseth donated the boards to the event’s live auction, which raised funds to support new park equipment and music in the park for the community.
In addition, the game at the sponsored hole raised $750, which was donated to Patriot Assistance Dogs in Detroit Lakes, MN. Founded in 2011, the organization trains and certifies psychiatric service dogs that are paired with U.S. military veterans to help improve their emotional and physical well-being. Through their work, they establish strong partnerships between veterans and service dogs, enhancing the quality of life for both.

It was a fantastic day of golf, community, and giving back, and Widseth looks forward to participating in this event again next year.
