Mississippi Meadows Neighborhood

• The rest of today (2^nd) and tomorrow (3^rd), the contractor will be finishing the work around the manholes and gate valves. Everything should be patched in by mid-day tomorrow. Please drive with care as the covers will be sticking above the milled surface about 1.5 inches.
• On Friday (4^th) the contractor will be paving the final lift in the entire neighborhood starting around 7am. Please make sure all vehicles are off the roadway. We also ask if anyone has a sprinkler system, the system is turned off by the end of the day today. It can be turned back on Saturday morning. The reason for this is we need to make sure the surface of the pavement is dry before paving.
• Next week the contractor will be placing black dirt along the roadway and seeding will take place toward the end of next week or the following week.

Timberlane Neighborhood

• The remainder of this week the contractor will be working on the concrete driveways.
• Next week starting on Wednesday, they will be starting the exploratory excavations. There are no water shutdowns planned for next week. If the water does get shut off, then likely the watermain was damaged. We will notify everyone in the shutdown areas as soon as possible and keep you updated on when it will be back on.

Cherrywood Drive

• We are getting close to finishing the easements, but the project is still on hold for now.
