Victual opened its doors in 2019 and is part of Crosby’s strong resurgence, which is largely fueled by the world famous Cuyuna Lakes Mountain Bike Trails. But before the first wheel of cheese could be sold, the building that is now Victual, needed some significant improvements. The owner contacted Widseth to provide architectural, structural engineering, and mechanical engineering expertise on the renovation project.
