Building strong relationships is at the heart of her work. Katie enjoys learning about each client’s unique needs and bringing together the right team to create a successful project. She believes being available, flexible, and willing to work around a client’s schedule is an important part of earning their trust.
One of her favorite parts of the job is learning something new with every project. From schools and banks to hospitals and fire halls, each client offers a chance to better understand the people and organizations that make our communities stronger.
