Project Overview
The City of Baxter is considering improvements along the south side of CSAH 77 from Inglewood Drive to Edgewood Drive. The project includes the construction of sanitary sewer collection and water distribution. Construction is planned for late summer early fall 2024. Project Update
The City Council held the Improvement Hearing on May 21, 2024. The Council will be reviewing assessment options at the June 4, 2024 Council meeting and will be considering ordering the improvement at the June 18, 2024 Council meeting.
