Located on the site of what was once Rapper’s Restaurant, a downtown staple that was lost to a fire in 2020, The Terrace is looking to fill a much needed gap along Broadway. Widseth’s landscape architecture team is working with a local business owner to design this one-of-a-kind establishment. Watch the concept animation below to get a glimpse of The Terrace.
The vision is to have a large bar on the ground level that offers simple food and drinks with an upper deck for additional seating. The Terrace could be an ideal setting for dinners, lively gatherings with friends, or even solo moments of relaxation amidst the downtown buzz. The designs are being finalized and we hope The Terrace soon becomes a local favorite!
